Balloon Quality
Lollypop & Co. uses only high-quality latex balloons. The longevity of balloons is largely influenced by environmental conditions. We do not use balloons purchased by customers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to the event to receive full credit. Orders canceled after this deadline may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the order value, depending on the preparations made for the event. However, your order may be transferred to another date (subject to availability) within 365 calendar days.

Installation Policy
Indoor Events
Balloon décor can be installed the day prior to the event.
We use air-filled balloons, which typically last about a week indoors.
Outdoor Events
Balloon décor will be installed on the day of the event.
In the event of inclement weather (rain, hail, thunderstorms, snow, extreme heat, etc.), Lollypop & Co. will transfer the décor to an indoor location while maintaining the original design as closely as possible.
We use only the highest quality products and techniques to create your décor and take steps to minimize the effects of the elements. However, due to the nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that outdoor décor will remain perfect and intact. Factors such as wind, sun, temperature, humidity, and precipitation may cause popping, frosting, oxidation, movement, or sticking of balloons.
No refunds, replacements, or discounts will be issued for damage or loss due to environmental conditions.
Rush Orders
Orders placed within seven (7) days of the event will incur a $75 rush fee.

All prices listed on our website reflect starting prices and may vary based on design complexity.

Travel Policy
Definition of Out-of-Town
For the purposes of this policy, "out-of-town" refers to any location beyond a 40-mile radius from our primary business location in Norman, OK.
Additional Travel Fees
To cover costs associated with out-of-town installations, an additional travel fee will be applied. This fee accounts for travel time, fuel costs, rental fees, and accommodations (if required).
Travel Fee Calculation
The exact travel fee is determined based on distance and location. Fees will be communicated and agreed upon before service is provided and will be clearly itemized in the final invoice.
Client Acknowledgment
By scheduling an out-of-town installation, you acknowledge and agree to the additional travel fee outlined in our estimate or contract.
Rental Policy
All rental items remain the property of Lollypop & Co. and will be collected at an agreed-upon time after the event.
Damage Policy: If rental items are damaged, the client is responsible for the cost of repair or full replacement.

Helium Balloon Use & Care Guidelines
Helium balloons add a touch of magic to any event! To ensure their longevity and safe use, please follow these guidelines:
Planning Ahead
We offer a variety of latex and foil helium balloons in different designs and colors.
Custom orders should be placed in advance to allow for shipping and preparation.
While we will happily fill customer-supplied balloons, we cannot guarantee their quality or take responsibility for any damage that occurs during inflation.
Storage
Store balloons indoors at a stable temperature to maximize float time.
Avoid direct sunlight, heaters, fans, and open flames.
Sudden changes in temperature may cause expansion, contraction, or deflation.
Handling
Handle balloons gently to prevent popping or premature deflation.
Keep them away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, and furniture edges.
Float Times
Latex balloons: Typically last 10 hours indoors.
Foil balloons: Can float for several days to a week, depending on conditions.
Outdoor float times may be significantly reduced due to heat, humidity, and wind.
Child Safety
Always supervise children when playing with balloons.
Uninflated or burst balloons can pose a choking hazard.
Never inhale helium—doing so can cause asphyxiation.
Latex Allergy Warning
Balloons made from natural rubber latex may trigger allergic reactions in individuals with latex sensitivities.
Disposal & Environmental Responsibility
Do not release helium balloons outdoors—they are not biodegradable and can harm wildlife.
Properly dispose of balloons by puncturing them and placing them in the trash.
